I°  See   (use eyes)   saw   seen

     When your eyes are open you do this without thinking  (a blind person is unable to see)

     With that meaning 'see' is not an action verb and can't be used in the progressive tenses

     the moment we saw the house, we knew that we would buy it.

2° Look (at)  to direct your eyes in order to see, generally for a short time. 

     Look! The plane is taking off.

     They looked at the graffiti on the wall and laughed.

3° Watch  to look at something for a period of time, especially something that is changing or     moving

      you watch a game, television, a performance, a film...

     They are watching their friends disappear into the distance.

      During their honeymoon every evening they sat and watched the sunset
